The ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 is a highly flexible, oil-resistant control cable engineered for a wide range of industrial applications. Designed by Lapp Cable, this robust PVC-sheathed cable is ideal for use in power and signal transmission in machinery, assembly lines, production lines, and plant engineering – particularly in dry, damp, or wet conditions.

• Conductor: Fine-wire copper strands (IEC 60228 Class 5) for high flexibility

• Insulation: Special PVC compound for reliable dielectric strength

• Sheath: Flame-retardant PVC outer sheath, resistant to oil and abrasion

• Color Code: Black with white numbering (VDE 0293-1) or core color coding on request

• Rated Voltage: 300/500 V

• Test Voltage: 4000 V

• Temperature Range:

  • Fixed installation: -40°C to +80°C

  • Flexing: -5°C to +70°C

• Minimum Bending Radius:
